With a legacy that began with the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Program in 1969, The National Alliance, a not-for-profit organization, is recognized across the nation as a premier source for practical knowledge, continuing education credits, and designation opportunities for insurance and risk management professionals of every experience level.
Programs include the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM) designations, sales and service classes, online courses, producer training, and advanced seminars. Most of our courses are available as in-house programs.
The National Alliance offers over 2,500 programs annually in the US, Mexico, and the Caribbean, which are attended by more than 142,000 active participants. All of the designation programs have an annual continuing education requirement and are supported by the ongoing studies of The National Alliance Research Academy.
