Employee Benefits – Health Insurance

The National Alliance, Employee Benefits – Health Insurance, is an intensive, 2 ½-day program for experienced producers, CSRs, and other health insurance professionals with interest in employee benefits/health insurance sales and service.
Topics have included:
- Analysis of delivery methods, including traditional and managed care models
- Health insurance contracts
- Federal regulations
- Medicare and Medicare Supplement
- Tax-advantaged financial accounts: FSA, HRA,and HSA
- Alternative health programs: pharmacy benefit management, disease management, wellness programs
- Ancillary products: group disability income, life, dental, vision
- Self-funded health plans, including stop-loss insurance, underwriting considerations, claims administration.
Important Information:
- This program is open to all insurance, risk management, and employee benefits professionals.
- Full attendance at this Employee Benefits program qualifies as updates for dues-paid CICs, CRMs, CSRMs, and CISRs. CISRs and CSRMs can complete two years of updates by attending ONE Employee Benefits program.
- There is NO EXAM required for update or
- CE credit.
