Producer School Employee Benefits Producer Training Program
How much time does the program take?
Two weeks: Eleven classroom days -- Monday thru Saturday and Monday thru Friday.
What is required to graduate from Producer School?
You must pass 2 exams and participate in building your own marketing and selling "Gamebook®." Full attendance is required to receive your diploma.
Do I need a college degree to attend the program?
No. The Producer School is open to all qualified individuals seeking a career in insurance sales.
Do I need to pass the 2 CISR Online exams to attend?
No, you just need to complete the courses; however we recommend you do try to take and pass them, as it will give you a good start on a valuable CISR designation.
How much does the Producer School cost?
The cost for the School is $2,500, which covers material and instruction, two CISR Online courses, sales managers training, and follow-up webcasts. Click here for more information.
Are scholarships available?
Yes! Scholarship donations go into a special unencumbered educational fund; these funds are distributed, in whole or part, at the sole discretion of The National Alliance. Also, one Matt Wells Scholarship is available for each School.
